Abstract

1,152,490. Reciprocating pumps. AEROSOL INVENTIONS & DEVELOPMENT S.A. July 19, 1966, No.32370/66. Heading F1A. An actuating assembly for a hand-actuated dispensing pump in a container 10, comprises a cap 18 mounted on container 10, an operating button 14 slidable in cap 18 and mounted on the pump operating rod 12, and a discharge spout comprising a portion 26 fixed to button 14 and a portion 30 slidable over portion 26 and having a rollar 32 which, in the retracted position of portion 30, prevents downward movement of button 14. The pump delivery passes through rod 12 and button passage 22 to spout 26, 30. Cap 18 has a fingerreceiving recess 20.
