Heading BIT [Also in Division Fl] In a throttle control device (see Division F1) an air filter 18 is mounted on a bushing 36 above a lever 56 so as to restrain the latter from axial movement. An oil-moistened open cell foam material 80 retains any foreign matter flowing therethrough with the I.C. engine induction air. Indicia for various throttle positions are mounted on top of the cover 82. Air enters the filter through holes in flour 78 and through gap 84.
