Abstract
1,138,576. Cooking oil. CANADA PACKERS Ltd. 2 Nov., 1967 [19 Nov., 1966], No. 49921/67. Addition to 1,073,598. Heading C5C. A zero-erucic acid rapeseed oil is hydrogenated to give an oil pourable at 50‹ F. and above, having a linolenic acid content of 0À5 to 5 by wt., and a lower solid fat content at 45‹ F. than soyabean oil of the same linolenic acid content, and is used without winterization as a cooking, baking or frying oil.
