Abstract

Pesticidal compositions comprise at least one quinolyl - (8) - carbamic acid ester of the general formula: <FORM:1114303/A5-A6/1> wherein R represents a lower (C1 - C4) alkyl radical and/or a salt thereof, together with suitable carriers and/or distributing agents other than common organic solvents. The compositions may be in the form of dusts, sprinkling agents, granulates (coated granules, impregnated granules and homogeneous granules), wettable powders, pastes, emulsions, solutions, aerosols, fogs and fumigants. The compositions may additionally contain other known active ingredients, e.g. D.D.T., pyrethrins, succinic acid dibutyl ester, piperonyl butoxide, olive oil, peanut oil, phospheric acid esters, carbamic acid esters, and halogenated hydrocarbons, e.g. dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane.
