Abstract

1,113,878. Portable stoves; burners. BAHCO A.B. 18 Oct., 1966 [:25 Oct., 1965], No. 46561/ 66. Headings F4T and F4W. [Also in Division A4] A collapsible portable stove comprises a stove plate 1 which separates a perforated burner head 2 and two pivotable utensil supports 3 from two pivotable legs 4, a burner oup 9 and a bottle of gas which acts as a third leg. The burner cup 9 has a peripheral flange 15 with four outwardly projecting metal portions 16 and two U-shaped projecting portions 21. The portions 16 have upwardly extending flaps 17 with holes 18, to fit through holes 19 in the stove plate 1, to hold firm the opposing ends 20 of the utensil supports 3 in said holes 18. The two U-shaped portions 21 have a U-shaped recess punched out of them to leave a small lip 23, that can be forced into a groove 24 (Fig. 4, not shown), on the leg 4, to hold fast said leg 4.
