Abstract

1,091,260. Knitting-machines. SINGER CO. Oct. 28, 1966 [Nov. 1, 1965], No. 48406/66. Heading D1C. The needles of a circular machine are provided with two butts 96, 98 which embrace the needle cams 10 at each feed such that they are effectively controlled by the upper and lower surfaces of the cams. The cams 10 are controlled for quality control by the mechanism described in Specification 1,091,259.
