Abstract

The subject-matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in Specification 1,063,464, but the claims differ, the reaction temperature being from 550 DEG to 750 DEG C., preferably less than 650 DEG C. The process may be carried out in the apparatus described in Specification 895,038, and two specific examples using as feedstock a light petroleum distillate and a light petroleum gas (mainly butane) are described.
