Abstract

A polymeric moulding material comprises a blend of 1 to 15% of (A) a block polymer of the type (A-B)n or (A-B)n-A in which A is a block of polymerized vinyl aromatic compound, B is a block of polymerized conjugated diene and n is an integer, and 99 to 85% of (2) an impact polymer made by polymerizing a vinylidene aromatic compound in admixture with an elastomer. The example describes blending a polystyrene-polybutadiene-polystyrene block polymer with an impact polymer obtained by the polymerization of styrene with polybutadiene.
