A brazing alloy has the following percentage composition:- Cu 50 - 55 Ni 4 - 8 Zn not less than 25 Si and/or P 0.1 - 1 The alloy may also contain B up to 0.01, Sn1, Cd 0.1 - 15, Mn 0.1 - 15, Ag up to 5.
