[Also in Division F2] In a flexible chamber pump the movable members of the inlet and outlet valves are formed by the outer and inner portions of an annular disc which is held between opposed annular faces at an intermediate point, these annular faces being axially or radially off-set to distort the disc so that its edges are resiliently urged into contact with the valve seats.
