Abstract

1,049,858. Scaffolding; shoring. DAVID ROBERTS & CO. (ENGINEERS) Ltd. Sept 6, 1963 [Sept. 12,1962], No. 34783/62. Addition to 926,882. Divisions E1E and E1S. In the adjustable base for scaffolding of the parent Specification a tube 4 of the scaffolding abuts directly the pin 6 adjustable in one of a number of holes in the tube 3. Also a partition 12 protects the part of the tube bore containing the screw 14, this part being packed with grease. A set screw 9 clamps the tube 4.
