Abstract
The invention comprises dihydroxyaluminium glutaminate and monohydroxyaluminium diglutaminate of formulae <FORM:1047911/C2/1> <FORM:1047911/C2/2> and their preparation by reaction of glutamine and aluminium isopropoxide. The compounds of the invention may be used to treat gastric ulcers, as pharmaceutical compositions in combination with a carrier, for example in forms suitable for oral administration.
