Abstract

1,039,557. Filing papers. RONEO Ltd. May 25, 1965 [July 31, 19641, No. 30294/64. Heading B6E. In a pocketed suspension filing system wherein the pockets are joined together in concertina fashion, each pocket 1 has a loop 2 along one edge which is joined at the ends only by hollow rivets 3 to the main body, and along the other edge of the pocket there is a smaller loop 4 of less length than the loop 2 and closed by staples 10, so that pockets can be joined together concertina fashion by entering the loop 4 of one pocket within the loop 2 of an adjacent pocket, and inserting a support bar 5 through the coaxial loops. Each support bar 5 may be of metal or plastics material, has end hooks 6, and is cranked to form steps 7 to locate the pockets against displacement. Index tabs 8 can be located on each pocket, and the front fold of the pocket may be reinforced by folded over portions 9. If index tabs are to be carried by a support bar 5, the loops 2, 4 of the pockets are apertured to accommodate the tabs.
