Abstract

1,025,406. Electromagnetic relays. STANDARD TELEPHONES & CABLES Ltd. May 10, 1963 [May 12, 1962], No. 18573/63. Heading H2B. At least one reed of a sealed magnetic reed contact unit is twisted between its contact end and its sealing point in its protective enclosure so that it will engage its co-operating reed at an angle, as in Fig. 4 (not shown), with consequent wiping. The reeds may initially be inclined to one another and both reeds may be twisted.
