Abstract

Pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of psoriasis and like scaly conditions of the skin comprise lecithin and either coal tar or a synthetic mixture of phenols, aromatic bases and aromatic hydrocarbons present in coal tar, dispersed in a suitable vehicle for application to the skin, e.g. in the form of a cream.
