Abstract

1,014,098. Radiant heating strips. BRIGHTSIDE HEATING & ENGINEERING CO. Ltd. Jan. 10, 1964, No. 1133/64. Heading F4S. A radiant space-heating strip comprises an elongated sheet metal strip 10 formed with a central channel to accommodate a hot water pipe 11 which is clamped to the strip by a series of straps 12. The longitudinal edges of the strip are bent inwardly to form channels for retaining the heat insulating material 17 which comprises mineral wool faced with metal foil, and for accommodating support brackets 19 carried on hanger rods 20.
