The present Specification claims a method and an apparatus for threading a scraper-line through a conduit by first propelling a pilot carrier attached to a line through the conduit by means of a portable blower, as claimed in Specification 971,947, except that, in this instance, the carrier is propelled by blowing alone instead of by suction or by a combination of suction and blowing.
