A releasable fastening for securing doors 15, 16 within a frame 11, 12, 13, 14 comprises a shaft 31 rotatably mounted on one of the doors 16 and provided at each end with diametrically oppositely projecting fingers 43, 43<SP>1</SP> and 38, 38<SP>1</SP>, the fingers 38, 38<SP>1</SP> of wheel when the doors 15, 16 are in the closed position and the shaft 31 is rotated by a lever 35 enter apertures in lugs 23 formed on keepers 20 and the fingers 43, 43<SP>1</SP> of which enter recesses formed between lugs 22. The walls 44, 45, Fig. 3, of the recess between lugs 22 diverge upwardly and outwardly away from the keeper base and may diverge towards the shaft 31. The walls of the apertures formed in the lugs 23 diverge towards the shaft 31.
