Abstract

1,002,011. Slidable shelves. GENERAL ELECTRIC CO. Ltd. June 29, 1964 [Aug. 13, 1963], No. 31940/63. Heading A4B. A slidable shelf 3 is supported in a cabinet by pairs of ribs 4 between which slides a frame part 8 of the shelf, wires 6 being secured to the frame and welded to a rod 7 the ends of which also slide between the ribs so that when the shelf has been partially withdrawn it may be tilted upwardly or downwardly and in the tilted position removed sideways from the cabinet.
