Abstract
Dispositif de régulation thermique, notamment de refroidissement L’invention concerne un dispositif de régulation thermique (1), notamment de refroidissement, pour composant (101) susceptible de dégager de la chaleur lors de son fonctionnement, ce dispositif comportant au moins une région ajourée structurelle (8), un réseau de circulation (4) pour un fluide caloporteur comprenant une pluralité de canaux (5), qui comprend en outre au moins une première zone de regroupement (10) dans laquelle débouche une pluralité de canaux d’écoulement de fluide caloporteur en amont dans le sens d’écoulement du fluide, cette zone de regroupement (10) se prolongeant, en aval, par au moins deux canaux de contournement (11) s’étendant de part et d’autre de la région ajourée (8), de sorte que le fluide transitant dans la première zone de regroupement (10) se sépare en flux séparés dans les canaux de contournement.
