Abstract

Moule à dispositif d’éjection avec débattement et procédé associé L’invention concerne un moule comprenant un dispositif d’éjection (22) d’une pièce (4) formée sur une première partie de moule (20), le dispositif d’éjection (22) comprenant : - un élément d’éjection (26) mobile en translation selon une direction d’éjection (A), et - au moins une cale (28) mobile en translation selon une direction de débattement (B), différente de la direction d’éjection (A). Le dispositif d’éjection (22) présente au moins une configuration d’entrainement dans laquelle le déplacement de l’élément d’éjection (26) entraîne le déplacement de l’au moins une cale (28), et une configuration dégagée dans laquelle l’au moins une cale (28) n’est pas entraînée par le déplacement de l’élément d’éjection (26) selon la direction d’éjection (A). La cale (28) comprend une protrusion, l'élément d'éjection (26) comprenant au moins une fente (56) avec une portion de débattement et une portion de désengagement. Figure pour l'abrégé : Fig 3
