P rocédé et installation de fabrication par forgeage à chaud d’une pièce intermédiaire allongée Procédé de fabrication par forgeage d’une pièce intermédiaire (1) en alliage métallique allongée selon un axe longitudinal (Z), comprenant les étapes suivantes : - fabrication par forgeage à chaud d’une ébauche allongée comprenant au moins un tronçon de section transversale à faible variation ; - mise en forme de l’ébauche pour obtenir un demi-produit allongé selon un axe longitudinal comprenant une partie centrale et une première et une deuxième partie de section accrue, s’étendant de part et d’autre de la partie centrale selon la direction de l’axe longitudinal, la mise en forme de l’ébauche comprenant la réalisation de la première partie de section accrue du demi-produit par forgeage à chaud et la réalisation de la deuxième partie de section accrue du demi-produit par forgeage à chaud choisi parmi un refoulement, un repoussage, un matriçage ou un filage inverse; et - étirement à chaud du demi-produit pour obtenir la pièce intermédiaire (1).
