Il a déjà été suggéré des compositions cosmétiques foisonnées, c’est-à-dire des compositions ayant une texture aérée qui se présentent sous forme de mousse. Ces compositions sont généralement à phase huileuse continue, voire anhydres. Dans le cas où l’on souhaite apporter un toucher moins gras à ces compositions il est souhaitable de les formuler plutôt sous forme de compositions à phase aqueuse continue, notamment d’émulsions huile-dans-eau. Toutefois, l’incorporation d’eau nécessite l’inclusion d’un système conservateur, dans la mesure où les bactéries ont tendance à proliférer en milieu aqueux.Abundant cosmetic compositions have already been suggested, that is to say compositions having an airy texture which are in the form of a mousse. Les conservateurs choisis doivent en tout état de cause soit être listés dans le règlement européen N° 1223/2009 relatif aux produits cosmétiques, soit, s’ils ne sont pas listés, ne pas avoir d’activité antimicrobienne comme fonction principale. Cette dernière catégorie comprend notamment les glycols, qui sont des boosters de conservateur utilisés également comme actifs hydratants.Many preservatives suitable for this purpose are already known. L’émulsion ainsi obtenue a été étuvée entre 25 et 45°C puis transférée dans un dispositif de type Mondomix®(HAAS) pourvu d’une pompe d’alimentation, d’une tête de mélange permettant de cisailler la composition et d’y introduire un gaz et d’une vanne de contre-pression.
