- at least one fat-soluble or hydrophobic particulate coloring matter absorbing radiation in the wavelength range from 400 nm to 520 nm,
the mass ratio ester of polyglycerol with at least one poly(hydroxystearic) acid and carboxylic acids/ester of a polyglycerol and of at least one fatty acid being strictly greater than 0.7, preferably greater than 1.0.
