Selon l’invention, la paroi périphérique externe (38) et/ou le piston d’actionnement (30) comprend au moins un moyen de rétention (56, 58) du lubrifiant, le moyen de rétention (56, 58) étant formé sur la paroi périphérique externe (38) de la cavité (25) et/ou sur le piston d’actionnement (30).
