Système de climatisation (10) de l’habitacle d’un véhicule automobile, le système de climatisation (10) comprenant un ensemble de conduites d’air ; un dispositif de commande du débit d’air qui commande au moins une vanne d’admission d’air ; le système de climatisation comprend en outre un groupe moto-ventilateur (12) configuré pour générer une circulation d'air dans les conduites d’air, vers au moins un évaporateur (14), et au moins un organe de chauffage (16) de l’air. Le système de climatisation (10) comprend au moins une conduite d’assainissement (22), et au moins une vanne d’assainissement (34) configurée pour autoriser et empêcher le passage de l’air dans la conduite d’assainissement (22) ; la conduite d’assainissement (22) comprend dans le sens de circulation de l’air, une entrée agencée en aval de l’organe de chauffage (16), et une sortie agencée en amont du groupe moto-ventilateur (12) Figure à publier avec l’abrégé : Fig. 2
