Description
Domaine de l’inventionField of invention
The present invention relates to the general field of turbomachines. It relates in particular to the design and manufacture of a turbomachine rotor part having a cell intended to receive the root of a turbomachine blade in order to retain it. The invention also relates to a turbomachine comprising such a rotor part.
Arrière-plan techniqueTechnical background
Turbomachines generally comprise moving blades which equip moving fan wheels, low-pressure or high-pressure compressor wheels, or even moving low-pressure or high-pressure turbine wheels. The moving blades each include a root from which a blade extends radially outwards. The roots of the moving blades are received in cells provided at the outer periphery of a turbine engine wheel. The cells are evenly distributed around the axis of rotation of the turbomachine wheel. Each cell comprises two side retention walls and a bottom wall connecting the two side retention walls. In general, the cells have a shape complementary to that of the root of the blade. The blade roots can have a dovetail or fir tree shape.
The profile of the cells has zones which are subjected to significant stresses during the operation of the turbomachine. Indeed, the cells can be exposed to gases flowing in a primary stream of the turbomachine and the temperature of which can be very high, in particular at the outlet of the combustion chamber. Likewise, these blades may have a certain mass which generates a mechanical stress on these zones during rotation thereof. These zones, considered to be critical, are located on the one hand, at the level of the lateral retention walls where these are stressed in radial traction, which reduces the life of the cell and, on the other hand, at the level of the bottom wall where they are stressed in circumferential traction, which impacts the mechanical strength of the cell, particularly in the event of overspeed. Moreover, this space is very limited, which reduces the possibilities of major modifications. The cell must meet simultaneous criteria of mechanical strength and temperature during the rotation of the blades and in particular in terms of service life in the event of overspeed to prevent them from breaking. However, the modifications made both to the root of the blade and/or to the cell to improve the mechanical resistance and/or the temperature resistance of these two parts tend to penalize one of the dimensioning criteria of the cell. In addition, the space in the cell is very limited to accommodate major modifications or large parts added to the cell.
L’invention a pour but d’éviter les inconvénients précités.The object of the invention is to avoid the aforementioned drawbacks.
The objective of the invention is to provide an optimal solution making it possible to optimize the profile of the cell of a turbomachine rotor part at the place where the stresses are concentrated so as to meet several dimensioning criteria, while being simple and economical.
We achieve this objective in accordance with the invention thanks to a method of manufacturing a turbomachine rotor part comprising at least one cell intended to receive a root of a turbomachine blade, the cell comprising two lateral retaining walls , opposite in a circumferential direction, and a bottom wall connected to the two side retention walls by rounded portions, each rounded portion having a variable radius and in that the method comprises a step of optimizing said walls of the cell, by means of a digital model of the turbomachine rotor part comprising theoretical walls of the part, so as to obtain each rounded portion with a variable radius, the theoretical rounded portions each being configured so as to be connected, to a first segment , tangent to a theoretical lateral retention wall, intended to delimit the depth of each theoretical rounded portion and to a second segment, tangent to the theoretical bottom wall, intended to delimit a half circumferential width of each theoretical rounded portion, the first and second segments being secant at a point of intersection and having respectively a first determined length and a second determined length.
Thus, this solution achieves the above objective. In particular, each rounded portion with a continuous variable radius and configured in this way makes it possible to better distribute the mechanical stresses in the various critical zones located on the side retention walls and on the bottom wall. Indeed, the areas of these walls are isocritical with respect to the lifetime objectives in terms of mechanical and thermal resistance. The geometric shape with variable radius of each rounded portion makes it possible to take into account all the criteria in terms of dimensioning, in particular the criteria of the mechanical strength with respect to the circumferential tractions undergone by the bottom wall and the circumferential tractions undergone by the walls of the lateral retention. These criteria were generally considered antagonistic. Similarly, each optimized rounded portion saves material which has a positive impact on the cost of the part. Added to this is the fact that the optimization taking place during the modeling and/or design of the part, this facilitates manufacturing and allows savings in the design of the turbomachine part.
