Abstract
L’invention concerne un module d’habitation repliable (100) pour toit de véhicule automobile, comportant une coque inférieure rigide (110) ainsi qu’une coque supérieure rigide (120) mobile entre, une position abaissée dans laquelle elle repose sur ladite coque inférieure de sorte à délimiter avec elle un volume interne fermé, et une position surélevée ;ledit module comportant également deux panneaux longitudinaux (150, 160) constitués chacun de deux demi-panneaux rigides aptes à se mouvoir, lorsque ladite coque supérieure passe de sa position abaissée à sa position surélevée, entre, une position escamotée dans laquelle leurs demi-panneaux sont repliés l’un sur l’autre en étant contenus dans ledit volume interne fermé, et une position relevée dans laquelle ces derniers s’étendent verticalement entre lesdites coques, ainsi que deux panneaux transversaux d’extrémité rigides (180) aptes à se mouvoir entre une position escamotée à l’horizontale et une position relevée dans laquelle il s’étendent verticalement entres lesdites coques. - A deployed configuration of use in which said upper shell occupies its raised position and where said longitudinal side and transverse end panels occupy their raised positions between said shells.

- lesdits moyens de levage sont agencés de manière être entièrement logés dans ledit volume interne fermé lorsque ce module adopte ladite configuration fermée de roulage ;
- lesdits moyens de levage comportent quatre dispositifs de levage à vérin pneumatique s’étendant chacun entre une zone de coin de ladite coque inférieure et la zone de coin correspondante de ladite coque supérieure ;
- chaque dit dispositif de levage comporte un bras inférieur, un bras supérieur articulé à pivotement par son extrémité inférieure à l’extrémité supérieure dudit bras inférieur et suivant un axe d’articulation perpendiculaire au plan formé par ces deux bras, ainsi qu’un vérin pneumatique dont les extrémités sont respectivement articulées à pivotement sur ledit bras inférieur et sur ledit bras supérieur selon des axes parallèles audit axe d’articulation ;
- lesdits moyens de levage sont motorisés ;
- l’un au moins desdits panneaux transversaux d’extrémité présente une découpe s’étendant depuis son bord inférieur et dans laquelle une porte d’accès de dimensions correspondantes est montée articulée à pivotement par son bord supérieur selon un axe transversal ;
- l’un au moins desdits panneaux transversaux d’extrémité et/ou l’un desdits panneaux longitudinaux latéraux présente une fenêtre vitrée ;
- l’un au moins desdits panneaux transversaux d’extrémité et/ou l’un desdits panneaux longitudinaux latéraux présente une bouche d’aération ;
- lesdits panneaux transversaux d’extrémité comportent des moyens de préhension pour les mains d’un utilisateur ;
- ledit module comporte des moyens de verrouillage desdits panneaux transversaux d’extrémité en position relevée ;
- que lesdits demi-panneaux comprennent à leurs extrémités des rebords saillant transversalement du côté interne et destinés à former, dans ladite configuration déployée d’utilisation, des butées de retenue pour lesdits panneaux transversaux d’extrémité de sorte à empêcher leur pivotement au-delà de leur position relevée verticale ;
- les faces internes desdits rebords sont pourvues d’un cordon de jointure destiné à assurer l’étanchéité, dans ladite configuration déployée d’utilisation, entre lesdits panneaux longitudinaux latéraux et lesdits panneaux transversaux d’extrémité au niveau de leurs arêtes verticales de jonction ;
- lesdits demi-panneaux et lesdits panneaux transversaux d’extrémité sont constitués chacun par une âme isolante en polyuréthanne ou en polystyrène extrudé, recouverte sur ses faces interne et externe par deux feuilles de tôle ; et/ou
- ledit module comporte des moyens d’arrimage fixés rigidement contre la face inférieure de ladite coque inférieure et destinés à permettre son installation sur le toit dudit véhicule.According to preferred characteristics of said folding housing module according to the invention:

- une configuration fermée de roulage dans laquelle la dite coque supérieure (120) occupe sa position abaissée et où lesdits panneaux longitudinaux latéraux (150, 160) et transversaux d’extrémité (170, 180) occupent leurs positions escamotées en étant logés de façon superposée les uns sur les autres dans ledit volume interne fermé, et

said housing module (100) being able to adopt:
- a closed rolling configuration in which said upper shell (120) occupies its lowered position and where said longitudinal side panels (150, 160) and transverse end panels (170, 180) occupy their retracted positions by being housed in a superimposed manner on top of each other in said closed internal volume, and
- a deployed configuration of use in which said upper shell (120) occupies its raised position and where said longitudinal side panels (150, 160) and transverse end panels (170, 180) occupy their raised positions between said shells (110 , 120).
