Abstract

Procédé de forgeage d’une pièce en acier maraging L’invention concerne un procédé de forgeage d’une pièce à partir d’un lingot d’acier maraging caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend en plus des étapes de forgeage classiques une étape de recristallisation étant choisie parmi : - une étape de recristallisation par chauffage à une température supérieure à la température Ac3 de fin de transformation de la ferrite en austénite, et une température inférieure à la température de remise en solution des précipités ; et/ou - une étape de recuit ferritique, l’étape de recuit ferritique étant réalisée : - soit, avant que la température la plus froide de la pièce ne soit inférieure à la température Ar1, par un maintien de la pièce à une température comprise entre Ar1 et Ar3, où Ar1 est la température de fin de transformation de l’austénite en ferrite et Ar3 la température de début de transformation de l’austénite en ferrite étant entendu que ces températures sont mesurées dans un cycle de refroidissement ; - soit, après que la température la plus chaude de la pièce soit inférieure à Ms, par un chauffage de la pièce à une température comprise entre Ac1 et Ac3, où Ms est la température de formation de la martensite, Ac1 est la température de début de transformation de ferrite en austénite et Ac3 la température de fin de transformation de ferrite en austénite étant entendu que Ac1 et Ac3 sont les températures mesurées dans un cycle de chauffage.
