PROCÉDÉ DE COUPLAGE DE HAUTE PRÉCISION D’UNE FIBRE OPTIQUE AVEC UN DISPOSITIF PHOTONIQUE ET MICROSTRUCTURE DE MISE EN OEUVRE Le procédé comprend les étapes de A) équiper l’extrémité de fibre d’une microstructure rapportée (MS) agencée de façon à procurer un appui sur une structure environnante formant support (SE) distincte du dispositif photonique (PIL) et à interdire tout contact avec une surface sensible (FA) du dispositif photonique, B) aligner de manière optimale, en position et en angle, l’extrémité de fibre avec la surface sensible, et C) exercer sur la microstructure et/ou la fibre optique une pression d’appui (P) contre la structure environnante formant support, en maintenant une distance d’écartement (D) et un alignement optimaux entre l’extrémité de fibre et la surface sensible.
