Abstract
L’invention porte sur une méthode permettant à un aéronef de suivre une trajectoire latérale avec un niveau de sécurité déterminé. La méthode consiste à déterminer un corridor 3D autour d’une trajectoire prédite de l’aéronef, à partir d’au moins une distance de sécurité calculée. Si le corridor de sécurité entre en conflit avec au moins un obstacle d’une base de données terrain et obstacles, le profil de vol vertical de l’aéronef est modifié afin d’augmenter l’altitude de l’aéronef, pour éviter les obstacles à trajectoire latérale constante.
