Abstract

L’invention concerne un tapis chauffant (1) pour le chauffage d’une pièce en particulier d’une turbomachine d’aéronef, ce tapis (1) étant déformable et comportant une face (1a) configurée pour épouser la pièce et être appliquée contre cette pièce, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend une structure multicouche comportant plusieurs couches polymériques superposées dans lesquelles sont noyés : une pluralité de sondes de température (11),une pluralité d’éléments résistifs de chauffage (13), une pluralité d’unités de contrôle (15) reliées aux sondes (11) et aux éléments (13), etdes quadrillages de fils conducteurs configurés pour relier les sondes (11), les éléments (13) et les unités (15) entre eux ainsi qu’à un module (5) d’alimentation électrique (5a) et de commande (5b) du tapis chauffant (1). L’invention concerne aussi un procédé de chauffage d’une pièce (3) de turbomachine d’aéronef, comprenant l’application d’un tapis chauffant (1).
