Enveloppe déformable sans air à support structurel (1) pour un objet roulant poussé ou tiré à une vitesse inférieure à 25 km/h, ou pour une roue folle d’un véhicule dont la vitesse maximale est inférieure à 25 km/h, comprenant une bande annulaire (2) de roulage destinée à rouler sur un sol, une pluralité de rayons (3) s’étendant transversalement et radialement à l’intérieur de la bande annulaire (2) de roulage. La bande annulaire (2) de roulage a des modules élastiques circonférentiel et transverse au moins égaux à 1 MPa et au plus égaux à 100 MPa. Les rayons (3) reliant la bande annulaire de roulage à la jante ont des modules élastiques radial et transverse au moins égaux à 1 MPa et au plus égaux à 100 MPa. Figure d’abrégé : Figure 1
