Abstract
« Procédé de mesure de vitesse ou déplacement ou position d'un moteur électrique, notamment dans un actionneur de freinage automobile » L'invention se rapporte à un procédé(E1) de mesure de vitesse et/ou position d'une partie mobile(R1) au sein d'un moteur électrique(M1), notamment rotatif. Une unité électronique de commande(ECU) réalise les étapes suivantes : activation(E10) dudit moteur, et application d'une tension d'alimentation aux bornes d'alimentation(M19) moteur, mesure(E12) d'un signal de variation d'intensité et/ou de tension aux bornes d'alimentation,analyse(E13) dudit signal de variation pour en détecter un ou plusieurs évènements(p1-p14, i1-i14) représentant un déplacement de ladite partie mobile dudit moteur. On obtient ainsi une mesure directe du déplacement ou de la vitesse du moteur, par un traitement électronique, sans nécessiter de capteur spécifique dans le moteur ou l'actionneur. L'invention se rapporte aussi à une unité de commande, ou un moteur ou actionneur, ou un frein ou un véhicule, mettant en œuvre un tel procédé. Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig.1“Method for measuring the speed or displacement or position of an electric motor, in particular in an automotive brake actuator” The invention relates to a method (E1) for measuring the speed and/or position of a moving part (R1 ) within an electric motor (M1), in particular a rotary one. An electronic control unit (ECU) performs the following steps: activation (E10) of said motor, and application of a supply voltage to the motor supply terminals (M19), measurement (E12) of a variation signal of intensity and/or voltage at the power supply terminals, analysis (E13) of said variation signal to detect one or more events (p1-p14, i1-i14) representing a movement of said moving part of said motor. A direct measurement of the displacement or the speed of the motor is thus obtained, by electronic processing, without requiring any specific sensor in the motor or the actuator. The invention also relates to a control unit, or a motor or actuator, or a brake or a vehicle, implementing such a method. Figure for the abstract: Fig.1
