Abstract
Procédé de traitement thermo-mécanique de produits corroyés en alliage d’aluminium de la série 2000 comprenant, en % en poids, Cu 3,5 – 5,8 ; Mg 0,2 – 1,5 ; Mn ≤ 0,9; Fe ≤ 0,15 ; Si ≤ 0,15 ; Zr ≤ 0,25 ; Ag ≤ 0,8; Zn ≤ 0,8; Ti 0,02-0,15; impuretés inévitables ≤ 0,05 chacune et ≤ 0,15 au total ; reste aluminium permettant une amélioration de la résistance à la corrosion sous contrainte. Il comporte un revenu constitué de deux séquences. La première séquence est définie par une température maximale comprise entre 130°C et 180°C et par une durée de maintien à une température comprise entre 130°C et 180°C qui équivaut à une durée équivalente calculée à 160°C comprise entre 10h et 80h. La deuxième séquence est définie par une température inférieure à et une durée de maintien t2 à une température comprise entre 100°C et 130°C, qui équivaut à une durée équivalente calculée à 160°C telle que est comprise entre 0.1% et 15% de la durée équivalente calculée pour la première séquence.
