MODULE PRE-AMORTISSEUR AVEC MOYENS DE VERROUILLAGE L’invention revendique un module (M) pré-amortisseur pour ensemble amortisseur de torsion (1), d’axe (X) de révolution, comprenant : - une première cage (10), agencée pour être reçue à l’intérieur d’un élément d’entrée de couple (7, 71, 72, 50, 4, R1), - une deuxième cage (20), agencée pour venir en appui sur un voile central (4) de l’élément d’entrée de couple (7, 71, 72, 50, 4, R1), les première et deuxième cages (10, 20) étant coaxiales et montées l’une sur l’autre au niveau de zones d’appui (150, 250), - un voile (30), recevant une série de ressorts (R2) et étant de forme cannelée pour être connecté à un élément de sortie de couple (6), les première et deuxième cages (10, 20) étant disposées axialement de part et d’autre du voile (30) de manière à recevoir les ressorts (R2) et ledit voile (30), dans lequel les première et deuxième cages (10, 20) comprennent chacune à leur périphérie externe (14, 24) : - des rebords d’appui (15, 25) formant les zones d’appui (150, 250) des première et deuxième cages (10, 20), et - des moyens de verrouillage (15A, 25A, 15A’, 25A’) formés sur les rebords d’appui (15, 25) des première et deuxième cages (10, 20), lesdits moyens de verrouillage (15A, 15A’) de la première cage (10) coopérant conjointement avec lesdits moyens de verrouillage (25A, 25A’) de la deuxième cage (20), lesdits moyens de verrouillage (15A, 25A) étant configurés de telle manière à lier solidairement la première cage (10) et la deuxième cage (20) par clipsage.
