Abstract

Prémur aux propriétés d’isolation acoustique et/ou thermique. L’objet de l’invention se rapporte à un prémur comprenant au moins deux panneaux (1, 2) disposés dans des plans respectifs et sensiblement parallèles entre eux, les panneaux (1, 2) étant maintenus écartés par au moins une armature de jonction (3) qui coopère avec au moins une face de chacun des panneaux (1, 2) pour réaliser un volume intérieur (4) du prémur apte et destiné à une opération de coffrage, caractérisé en ce que au moins un des panneaux (1, 2) comprend au moins une plaque formée par association de matériaux répartis sur au moins deux couches superposées réalisées par, d’une part, des éléments structurels et, d’autre part, de matériaux aux propriétés isolantes acoustiquement et/ou thermiquement intégrant une inertie thermique ou une résistance au feu.
