Abstract

L’invention concerne des tôles minces de microstructure essentiellement recristallisée ayant pour composition, en % en poids, Mg : 0,65 – 0,85, Fe : 0,14 – 0,20, Si : 0,05 – 0,09, Mn : ≤ 0,03, Cu: ≤ 0,05, Cr : ≤ 0,02, Zn : ≤ 0,10, Ti : ≤ 0,03, autres éléments ou impuretés < 0,05 chacun et < 0,15 total, reste aluminium. Le procédé de fabrication des produits selon l’invention comprend la coulée d’un alliage de composition selon l’invention sous forme de plaque de laminage, le réchauffage de la plaque, le laminage à chaud, le laminage à froid et le recuit. Les tôles minces selon l’invention sont notamment utilisées pour réaliser des pièces de forme complexe mises en forme dans les trois dimensions de l’espace notamment par emboutissage.
