Abstract

L’invention concerne un ensemble de fermeture et de vidange (2) destiné à être monté sur l’orifice de sortie (6) d’un réacteur chimique (1), comprenant une vanne d’ouverture/fermeture comportant un corps de vanne (10) et une soupape à déplacement fermant ledit orifice de sortie (6) par un déplacement vers le bas ou vers le haut d’une tête de soupape (7), laquelle est en appui à étanchéité sur une pièce de siège (9) dans sa position de fermeture. Selon l’invention la pièce de siège (9) est amovible et comporte une chambre annulaire (14), une ouverture (15) d’alimentation en fluide de ladite chambre annulaire (14) et au moins un ensemble d’alésages (17, 17a, 18, 18a) répartis de manière homogène sur l’extension annulaire de ladite pièce de siège (9) de manière à déboucher dans le réacteur chimique (1) et former ainsi des canaux de communication fluidique entre la chambre annulaire (14) et l’intérieur du réacteur chimique (1).
