The apparatus (1) is configured to be refillable by replacement, through the operation of disengaging/engaging the locking ring (40) from/with the liquid dispensing head (20), the assembly (R ) in which the liquid (F) in the container (10) has been consumed by another assembly (R) in which the container (10) is charged with the liquid (F).
