La présente invention porte principalement sur un dispositif de protection hygiénique pour un siège (10), notamment un siège de cabine d'avion, comportant: - une housse de protection hygiénique rapportée (17, 18) recouvrant au moins en partie une surface externe d'un élément du siège (10), tel qu'une partie haute du dossier (11) pouvant comporter un appui-tête (12), ou un accoudoir (15), et/ou - au moins une aile latérale (19) disposée suivant un côté du siège (10) destinée à former un écran de protection hygiénique et visuel avec un passager adjacent.
