Dôme liquide d’une cuve de stockage pour gaz liquéfié. L’invention concerne une installation de stockage (1) pour gaz liquéfié et une cuve (71) étanche et thermiquement isolante comportant une ouverture de chargement/déchargement (10) comprenant un couvercle inférieur (23) disposant de bandes latérales de fermeture (60, 61) disposées adjacentes à une isolation structurelle (40) et lesdites bandes latérales de fermeture (60, 61) sont fixées mécaniquement à l’isolation structurelle (40) adjacente.
