Abstract

L’invention a trait à un procédé de génotypage permettant de traiter simultanément un grand nombre de patients. Plus particulièrement, elle concerne un procédé de génotypage comportant une première étape d’amplification par PCR indexée puis une seconde étape de séquençage à haut débit, ce procédé est simple et moins coûteux que les procédés de l’état de la technique.
