Accessoire de puits de pétrole ou gaz ou géothermie comprenant une première portion tubulaire (3 ,21 ,31) s’étendant axialement et comprenant au moins un filetage (5, 9, 28, 37) et un espace intérieur (12, 23, 40), ladite première portion tubulaire (3 ,21 ,31) étant réalisée par un procédé de fabrication additive par dépôt sur lit de poudre, ledit accessoire (1, 20, 30) comprenant une deuxième portion tubulaire (4 ,22, 32) déposée sur la première portion tubulaire (3 ,21 ,31) par dépôt métallique par énergie directe et méthode de réalisation d’un tel accessoire, accessoire de liaison, accessoire de levage et bouchon de test correspondants.
