Abstract

L’invention porte sur un procédé de gestion d’un régulateur de vitesse adaptatif contextuel d’un véhicule (1) circulant sur une route (10) comportant une pluralité de voies de circulation (V1, V2), la route (10) comprenant une sortie (11), le véhicule (1) comprenant un calculateur (2) apte à autoriser ou interdire l’activation du régulateur de vitesse adaptatif contextuel (4), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - une étape de localisation (101), dans laquelle le calculateur (2) détecte que le véhicule (1) est proche de la sortie (11),- une étape de détection (102) de changement de voie dans laquelle le calculateur (2) identifie un changement de voie de circulation (V1, V2) du véhicule (1),- une étape de décision (103) dans laquelle, si le changement de voie de circulation (V1, V2) du véhicule (1) intervient alors que le véhicule est proche de la sortie (11), alors le calculateur (2) interdit l’activation du régulateur de vitesse adaptatif contextuel, sinon le calculateur (2) autorise l’activation du régulateur de vitesse adaptatif contextuel (4).
