Dispositif de mise en portion de saucisses L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) de mise en portion de saucisses à partir d’une saucisse continue formée d’un boyau souple contenant un produit alimentaire, le dispositif (1) comprenant un support (10) muni de :- une succession d’organes de coupe (2), les organes de coupe (2) étant couplés à des moyens d’actionnement (3) pour être animés dans un mouvement de va et vient entre une position de dégagement et une position de coupe ;- un ensemble de torsadage (4) situé entre chaque paire d’organe de coupe (2) contigus, et couplés aux moyens d’actionnement (3) pour être animés, chaque ensemble de torsadage (4) présentant un élément plat (41) sur lequel la saucisse continue est destinée à rouler lors d’un torsadage, les moyens d’actionnement (3) entraînant en déplacement sur le support (10) les organes de coupe (2), et chaque ensemble de torsadage (4), le support (10) présentant une portion plane (100) sur laquelle la saucisse continue est destinée à être torsadée par un ensemble de torsadage (4).
