Abstract

Module vélique adaptable. L’invention rend possible l’hybridation du système propulsif de navires existants, en leur permettant de profiter d’une propulsion vélique complémentaire. Le système par module adaptable permet un équipement rapide, souple, demandant un aménagement minime du pont et à un coût raisonnable comparé à la construction d’une unité complète. L’invention est donc particulièrement indiquée pour les compagnies maritimes sensibilisées aux problématiques environnementales et qui voudraient hybrider leur flotte existante. La présente invention décrit un module vélique à même de s’adapter à l’architecture de navires existants, afin de leur permettre d’hybrider leur mode de propulsion en s’appuyant sur l’éolien.The present invention describes a sail module capable of adapting to the architecture of existing ships, in order to allow them to hybridize their mode of propulsion by relying on wind power.

A l'heure de la prise de conscience de la pollution générée par le trafic maritime et où les réglementations internationales se durcissent concernant les émissions nocives, nombre de compagnies cherchent une solution plus propre afin de baisser leur niveau d'émission de polluants et, par la même occasion, économiser leur carburant.
L'hybridation avec la propulsion vélique serait une solution pérenne, mais le remplacement de la flotte existante par des navires compatibles sera longue et coûteuse.

    • un pied amovible, équipant chaque poteau, permettant l’arrêt et la solidarisation du poteau au pont.
