Abstract
TITRE : : « Buse porte électrodes destinée à une torche TIG monosource conventionnelle » Buse destinée à une torche (1) d’une machine de soudage TIG, cette torche (1) comportant un corps de torche isolé (2) muni d’un perçage médian (3) relié à une conduite d’introduction d’un gaz inerte de protection (4), ainsi qu’un diffuseur (5) délimitant à sa partie interne une chambre de diffusion du gaz inerte de protection (13), et une buse d’évacuation du gaz inerte de protection (6), vissée sur le diffuseur (5) dont l’alésage central (15) est obstrué et comportant une cavité interne (7) qui communique avec la chambre de diffusion du gaz inerte de protection (13) de façon à définir un alésage continu ouvert vers l’extérieur dans lequel s’étendent des électrodes en tungstène (10), buse caractérisée en ce qu’elle est constituée par une pièce métallique comportant au moins deux alésages (9, 9’) s’étendant obliquement dans lesquels sont respectivement montées au moins deux électrodes en tungstène (10) bloquées au moyen de vis permettant la production d’un arc fusionné.
