Abstract

Système d’interrupteurs et convertisseur de tension comportant un tel système d’interrupteur L’invention concerne système d’interrupteur (10) comprenant : un interrupteur (Q3) comportant une borne d’entrée de courant (D3), une borne de sortie de courant (S3) et une borne de commande (G3) destinée à recevoir une tension de commande (Vgs3) pour sélectivement ouvrir et fermer ledit interrupteur (Q3), une première résistance (Ra) connectée à la borne de commande (G3) et à la borne de sortie de courant (S3) de l’interrupteur (Q3), un dispositif de commande (30) dudit interrupteur (Q3) destiné à être connectée à une source de tension continue (Vcc), ladite source de tension continue (Vcc) étant référencé par rapport à la borne de sortie de courant (S3) du troisième interrupteur (Q3), caractérisé en ce que ledit système d’interrupteur (10) comprend en outre un dipôle (40), ledit dipôle (40) est connecté par une de ses deux bornes à ladite borne de commande (G3) et par l’autre de ses deux bornes audit dispositif de commande (30), ledit dipôle (40) comprend une capacité (Ccf) et une deuxième résistance (Rcf) connectés en parallèle entre les deux bornes du dipôle (40) et en ce que ledit dispositif de commande (30) est conçu pour connecter la source de tension continue (Vcc) à la borne de commande (G3) de l’interrupteur (Q3) par l’intermédiaire dudit dipôle (40) afin de commander à la fermeture l’interrupteur (Q3).
