L’invention concerne un dispositif micro-fluidique, le dispositif comportant : Un premier substrat (2.1) et un deuxième substrat (2.2), Chaque substrat étant composé d’au moins deux couches superposées, une première couche (20) réalisée en papier et une deuxième couche (21) déposée sur la première couche, réalisée dans un matériau à base de polymère de vinylidène, et présentant une surface externe, Le premier substrat comprenant un premier motif formant une concavité sur sa deuxième couche, Lesdits substrats étant assemblés entre eux par leur deuxième couche, le deuxième substrat recouvrant ladite concavité.
